Hi, I'm Ed. I build websites that help patients find and trust you.
I'm a web developer based in the UK with a focused specialism: I build websites for doctors. But I didn't come to this from a typical tech background. I came to it from medicine.
I spent six years studying medicine and global health at Newcastle University and Imperial College London, immersed in the world of doctors and patients. That time taught me to speak the language of medicine fluently, but just as importantly, it taught me how to translate it, taking complex clinical information and presenting it in a way that's clear, reassuring, and genuinely useful to the patient reading it. I understand both sides of the consultation: the precision your profession demands, and the questions a worried patient is really trying to answer when they land on your website.
I first started building medical websites while at medical school, and over the past five years I've refined every skill needed to do it properly: design, development, SEO, and the kind of attention to detail that healthcare deserves. Alongside this, I work freelance as an AI consultant, which keeps me at the sharp edge of the technology shaping how people search for and choose their care. It means your website isn't just well made today; it's built by someone who understands where things are heading.
Everything I create is bespoke. No templates, no jargon, no overcomplicated processes. Just a calm, considered website built around you, your approach to care, and the patients you want to reach: both new patients discovering you for the first time, and existing patients returning for information they can trust.
